Portraits.

A professional portrait has to be recognisable, measured and suited to the context in which it will be used. I work with professionals, artists, entrepreneurs, musicians, companies and people who need images for profiles, press, websites, personal communication or corporate material. Before the shoot, I define tone, clothing, background or location, format and level of formality, so the portrait is not left to chance.

During the session, I guide posture, light and expression without making the person feel stiff. Some portraits need an essential presence, others work better with an environmental or narrative approach. The work can take place in studio, in a company, outdoors or in a space that matters to the subject. The point is to build a clean image without making it impersonal.

Delivery includes a curated selection, natural post-production and files ready for the requested uses. I can prepare square, vertical and horizontal versions, plus black and white images when they fit the project. The aim is to provide solid, credible and lasting portraits, not just pictures that record someone's presence.

For portraits in Rome, I often work with concentrated timing, but without rushing the process.
