METHOD AND DELIVERY
Music photography requires attention to timing, light and the relationship between artist and audience. I work with musicians, festivals, venues, press offices, labels and independent projects that need images for press releases, digital covers, social media, archives and promotion. Before the shoot, I clarify final use, access, key moments, technical limits and the kind of story needed.
On stage or in rehearsal rooms, not everything can be controlled, but much can be anticipated. I follow gestures, light changes, pauses, instrument details and relationships between people. When the project is a promotional portrait, I build a more precise set, working on identity, atmosphere and consistency with the artist's sound or path.
Delivery includes selected images processed with attention to colour, contrast and grain when useful. I can prepare formats for print, social media, press kits and archive. The aim is to return energy and presence, without reducing music to simple event documentation.
For music and performance in Rome, I can cover live shows, backstage, rehearsals, promotional portraits and material for releases or press communication. Each situation asks for a different kind of attention: discretion during a concert, clearer direction for a portrait, speed when images are needed for press.
